First-Time Customers

Trying JE Salon for the first time? You're eligible for one (1) free return, including free return shipping and no restocking fee. This gives you the freedom to try your new piece with zero risk.

Ordering more than one item? Only one product from your first order is eligible for a free return. Any additional pieces will incur a $150 CAD restocking fee.  Please note: we do not offer discounts on purchases of more than one wig. Each piece is carefully crafted and priced individually.

Virtual Unboxing Required: To qualify for your free return, a virtual unboxing consult is required. It’s a quick and easy way to make sure you feel confident in your new hair and get any questions answered right away.

In-Person Purchases

If you’ve purchased your piece in-person at JE Salon, please note: Returns for change of mind are not accepted. We encourage you to take your time, ask questions, and feel completely comfortable before making a purchase in person.
